ABOUT US

Hello! We’re so glad you’re here. We are an Environmental Event Database based in the Ottawa and Gatineau Region. Our goal is to make activism more accessible, simple, and as easy as possible by cumulating environmental events occurring around us and putting them all into one place for your convenience. We know that getting involved to protect our planet can sometimes be overwhelming, but by including all resources and events into one place, we hope we ease that and help you get out there doing your part as soon as possible.
This was created as a service product by two teens, who are a part of the Youth Water Leader Programme provided by the Ottawa River Keeper.

If you can't make it to any events locally, consider signing a petition or getting involved to one of these incredible initiatives that we support across Canada!

End logging of BC's old growth forests

We need to make a transition to second growth logging and have the remaining old growth forests protected.

Green New Deal
Initiatives

Campaigns to learn, organize and act together as we fight for clean water, fair trade, strengthened public health care, climate justice and democracy.

Mi'kmaq Fishery
Rights

Indigenous people, specifically Mi’kmaw in Nova Scotia, rely heavily on fishing as a source of income and food. It is in our treaty rights to have a moderate livelihood and that includes fishing.
